First: you need one open ring and four closed ones connecting them together and closing the open link.

Second: another open link needs to be linked to the four others, as shown

Third: Arrange the links as shown in the picture

Fourth: add two links going around the gold rings.
|

Fifth: Next you need 2 open and 2 closed rings linked together, and link them to the two you put on the chain in step 4.

Sixth: take the top two rings and slide them down.
|
|
Seventh: Turn them until they look like this.
|

Eighth: This is the view of step seven turned 90 degrees.

Ninth: Add two more links to the end.
|
|
Tenth: 90 degree view of step 9.

Eleventh: Go to step 5 and continue untildesired length is received.
