::::: OLD PHOTOS :::::
While rummaging through a box of old papers and files, I happened across a collection of photographs from more than a decade ago. A number of the photos are of some of the birds we had when we were still in California. The photos had somehow been exposed to excessive moisture some time in the past and had deteriorated greatly. The following are the only ones I was able to salvage. Just thought I'd share them with all of you.

This picture was taken around 1989 or 1990 in the small yard behind the apartment we were living in at the time. This rooster was the first asian game fowl rooster my father acquired here in the U.S. It was a shamo, and probably had some brazilian blood in it as well. During this time, most people kept these kinds of birds, since thai game fowl was still very rare here in the U.S.

Thinking back, I can still remember seeing and holding this rooster. I had just entered grade school at the time...

This picture was taken around 1997. The young rooster in this picture was from our Spangled thai line and possessed the optimum structure, stance, feather styling, and other qualities that distinguish his family line from all others.
