We've all been lied to many times, and if we're honest, we'll have to admit we've told lies, even if they were only little white lies.

Others only believe their priest, rabbi, or some pastors, no matter what they say.

THEY DON'T SEEM TO REALIZE THAT THEY ARE ONLY MEN.

But all these people disagree about what is true and what is a lie... so where do we go to find the real truth?

"Thou shalt have no other gods before me."  Exodus 20:3

Another commandment was:

"Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain."  Exodus 20:7

Because HIS NAME is above every name.  See Phil. 2:9

THE BIBLE IS HIS HOLY WORD.*

And "...God is not a man, that he should lie;..."  Numbers 23:19

GOD, In His Word, says:  "...let God be true but every man a liar..."  Romans 3:4

The apostle Paul told the church at Galatia that no matter who came to them bringing any other doctrine (even he himself, or an ANGEL), that they were not to believe it.  (Galatians 1:6-12)

GOD'S WORD IS FINAL!

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

Jesus Christ:  Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away.*  He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the WORD that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.**

When we stand before God, we will be judged by His Word, so we had better make sure what we believe is in God's Word.

You can't separate Jesus from the written Word of God, because the Bible says that Jesus is THE WORD of God.*

Did you know that Jesus warns us about another Christ?

A very dangerous type of Christ?**

Jesus gave them this answer:  Take heed that no man deceive* you.  (Matt. 24:4)

The Lord knew that Satan would try to deceive God's people...

By sending false teachers among the believers to twist the truth of God's Word into a lie.**

In describing Satan, Jesus said, "He is a liar and the father of it."  (John 8:44)

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Today they claim to come in the name of Christ.

JESUS SAID IN MATTHEW 24:5:

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

These men will appear godly, and even come in His Name.  How many will they deceive?  Thousands?  Millions?  A billion people?

The Bible warns us that they would come as wolves in sheep's clothing, not sparing the flock.**

Jesus said, "For MANY shall come in my name..."***  They come so slick, so polished, that people never question them.

If you love them enough, you stick your neck out to warn them, and tell them the truth.*

After Jesus was taken back up into heaven, who was assigned to take His place in His church while He was gone?

He promised to send back God, the Holy Spirit.*

This is his job... "And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin and of righteousness and of judgment."  (John 16:8)

What does the Holy Spirit do to the Christian believers?

The Bible says, "...he will guide you into all truth..."  (John 16:13)

CAN I SHOW YOU A VERY SCARY THING?

When our Lord prayed in the Upper Room...

He spoke to God, the Father, up in heaven.  He used a term so reverent that it appears only once in the Scriptures.  The term is "HOLY FATHER".  (John 17:11)

Rom 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

• He is called "HOLY FATHER",* which is the title belonging to God, the Father, in heaven.
• He sits as CHRIST** in the Vatican.
• And when he speaks ex cathedra he speaks for God, in place of THE HOLY SPIRIT.***

This man is given, in essence, all the titles of the Triune Godhead combined.

NOW, ISN'T THAT JUST A LITTLE PRESUMPTUOUS?

Does he actually think he's God?  Remember... the popes are supposed to be infallible.*  Look at what they've said:

• Pope Innocent III:  "He (the pope) judges all and is judged by no one."
• Pope Boniface VIII:  "We declare, assert, define and pronounce:  To be subject to the Roman pontiff is to every human creature altogether necessary for salvation."
• Pope Leo XIII:  "We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty."

LET'S SEE WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT A MAN WHO CALLS HIMSELF GOD:

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."  (II Thessalonians 2:3-4)

Let me explain.  Jesus talks of "MANY" coming in his name.*

For centuries, there's been a dynasty of popes, all claiming to come as, and in the name of, Jesus.  They have been accepted by many.

Out of this dynasty of popes, Boniface VIII officially declares that as a pope HE IS GOD.

Pope Leo XIII also claimed that he held the place of God Almighty upon this earth.**

When John Paul II was shot, Time magazine reported, "It's like shooting God."***

So all through history and even today, hundreds of thousands of "Christs" perform great signs and wonders worldwide.

The One who created the heavens and the earth must be obedient to the wishes of the priest...

...to humble Himself, and allow Himself to become a piece of bread, to be handled by this all powerful man-god, the holy priest of Rome.

At the priest's command, the King of kings and Lord of hosts must allow Himself to be eaten by anyone the priest gives Him to.

This is Roman Catholic doctrine.

To deny it, is to be accursed and damned as a heretic.

That wafer is adored as God, and is placed into the tabernacle sitting on the Roman Catholic altar.*

Over 50,000 times a day, Jesus goes through the unbloody sacrifice of the mass.**  According to Roman Catholic doctrine, Jesus Christ can be physically found in every Roman Catholic "Church", world-wide.

Faithful Roman Catholics kneel before their Jesus to adore Him or kiss Him.*

Who are Roman Catholics to believe?  Their priest?... or Christ?

Let's see what God's Word says about Jesus and his sacrifice on Calvary:

"For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands,... (such as a monstrance, tabernacle, etc.) but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:"**

In fact, the Bible, God's Word, says that we are not to crucify the Son of God afresh and put Him to an open shame.*

Jesus said His sacrifice was finished, and God's Word says it is never to be repeated.  By participating in the mass, you are calling God a liar!  The mass is an abomination in the eyes of God.

Jesus said:  "If ye love me, keep my commandments."*

God's Word says:  "To obey is better than sacrifice."**

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD [as great] delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey [is] better than sacrifice, [and] to hearken than the fat of rams.

The word, ANTICHRIST, means "one who takes the place of Christ." a very, very religious appearing person who could deceive billions of people into losing their souls.

That is why this false religious system is so evil.  Those trapped within it may be sincerely seeking God, but if you are not serving God according to His Word, you are sincerely wrong.

Jesus hates this false religious system.  It has blasphemed His Holy Name, His Holy Word, and has deceived billions of people.

He calls her THE MOTHER OF ABOMINATIONS (Revelation 17:5) and has promised to utterly destroy her, and all those with her.*

But He loves you enough to warn you, and call you to Himself.  Jesus says:

*"Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."  (Revelation 18:4)

And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

THE BIBLE SAYS THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY TO HEAVEN!

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  John 14:6

NOBODY ELSE CAN SAVE YOU
1. Admit you are a sinner.
2. Be willing to turn from sin (repent).
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried and rose from the dead.
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Saviour.

WHAT TO PRAY
Dear God, thank you for showing me what You think about Catholicism, I also reject it!  I accept Christ's sacrifice as perfect and complete.  Please forgive me in Jesus' name.  I invite Jesus Christ to come into my life and I place my trust in Him alone for my salvation.  Thank you for giving me eternal life right now.

Did you accept Jesus Christ as your own personal Saviour?
