Desktop Icons Use an editing program such as Microangelo or Axialis AX Icons to save .bmps and convert them to .ico to replace those boring file folders and make life much more pleasant. Right click the icon(s) you want and "Save Picture As" or "Save Target As" to a file, give the icon a name of your choosing and save it as a .bmp. Some are transparent. They should look like the cheese at the end of this paragraph once you get them to your desktop. Some are my personal creations, while others were compiled from various sites from the web world. These icons are for your personal use only. They are NOT to be used for commercial distribution. Do not link from these images to a website. Download them to your desktop folder.
