The steady drizzle of the rain..

The sweet sound of the rain...

Cannot show my sentiments

And a lot of things it cant explain......

A steady drizzle flows here too ..

The rush of tears from my eyes

A bagful of memories it has ...

And the emotions that it hides

The tears arent of happiness

Nor do they come of fright

Treasures they are for me

Remembering you every cold silent night

The tears are the mirrors

The mirrors of my life held bright

Where shine my days with you

Upon silent moments that glow at night

Miles apart as we stand now

You still are with me.....

My tears make me run to you

To make you feel right inside me

These days and eves of togetherness

Those purple days in my life...

No wealth can bring ‘em back to me

Until you are here alongside me
