Relay connections: 85 and 86 are the 12 volt coil
30 is the 8 volt source, when the mic is keyed 30
disconnects from 87a and connects to 87.







The LM7808 should be heat sinked to keep it
cool. I tried screwing it to the case of
the radio, but for some reason that was
causing distortion on LSB during TX. So I
used a small piece of aluminum heat sink
that was in my scrap pile. The other LM7808
used for the clarifier draws much less
current and does not need to be heat sinked.
