Character summary: Meiyo is the daughter of a TURK; who was leader of the department until he was severly crippled with a life long injury, leaving him bound to a wheelchair. Her father promoted her to the TURKs at a very young age, confident that regardless of her sex and age she could be as good- if not better- than other canidates. She wasn't the normal teen girl among the privilaged class. She had joined a gang of yakuza- good for nothing hoodlums. Eventually, it led to Meiyo being kicked out of school, and her single father running out of options. Now, she is a high-class TURK with experience in all sorts of feilds.. but, she refuses to use a gun for killing. Instead, she uses a razor-sharp sword her father had crafted for her 16th birthday- ketsueki yuki. Bloody snow.
