Been wondern' how those crazy punks on SOF2 have been repeating the same shit over and over so easily? It's done by some code and some key binding. Key binding is the process of assigning text or a voice command to a key on your keyboard.
Type the following in your console (access console by pressing the top-left "`" key) and brackets indicate where you type wut u want...do NOT type the actual brackets...

    bind [pick a key, any key] say [blah, blah, blah]
    For example: bind m say love and peace!
    Now when you press the "M" key, "love and peace!" will show up in the chat area.

or for team chatting...
    bind [key] say_team [boobies]

or for team voice commands...
    bind [key] vsay_team [voice command]

    Yes, that's me. I use that screen name for obvious occasions.

I only know a few voice commands:
sniper (which yells "Sniper!")
got_it (the same "got it!" as when you get the case)
fire_in_hole (I think this works for warning others on your team of the grenade you just threw)
check_fire (I think this works for "check your fire!" for those nagging ff situations)
I know there are others for "Grenade!" "Objective complete!" and so on...but i don't know the code for them...yet. Sorry...=(
I recommend everyone make a bind for "Enemy spotted!"(team chat text) and "Sniper!" (voice command/text) and especially "Love and Peace!!!" (which I use myself in red, white, and blue)

Wanna add some pizazz to your ranting? You need color!!!
Use the following key sequence (doesn't hafta be done in the console):

    shift + 6 + [any number or letter] + [Love and Peace rulez j00'!!]

So what this is doing is getting the carrot (^) and then a number or letter to designate which color, then your text.

How is it that some bum just called a vote for map "Red sux0r!" ?? It's easy to call custom votes. However, it makes it easy for the ghosts to communicate with the players by calling a vote saying "Red guy on pad" or some shit. This goes against the L&P rules, so do NOT call any such GAY-ASS vote cause it's basically like cheating. Use it to reply to the living, tell the living to "get your ass up and get the case!" and of course, to taunt: "tick-tock, blue...time is running out!"
By now I'm sure you're jumping at the chance to call a custom vote, so here's what ya do (in the console):

    callvote map "THE BITCH BLEW ME UP!"

It's as simple as that...just remember to INCLUDE THE QUOTES! If you use the greater than (<) and less than (>) signs to enclose your text, a space will cut it off. That's why you see some votes that say "shit_man,we_lose_cuz_of_gay_camper" You just use quotes and then you can type spaces. However, remember the rules of L&P and don't abuse the vote!
