New recruiting rules, new recruits, and more...

Oi...don't confuse me, people.
CONTACT ME IF YOU GET A NEW RECRUIT!
I just found out that "god" was recruited into this clan 2 weeks ago?!
Anyways...to alleviate any similar mistakes in the future, I made some new recruiting rules.

On a lighter note, a new recruit will soon be joining us that I actually know about! His name is [L&P].Mr. E and is a real life friend of [L&P].Phobos. Mr. E is currently new to the game, so please help him out if you see him.
...however, he joined under the condition that Phobos would train him, so he should become at least decent soon enough.
