Personal Observations: While this Yak is among the majority as a Cancer, she is also a minority by being one of the few females in the tribe. A promoter of women's rights and sexual freedom, this Yak draws the affections of many people, male and female alike. Currently she is married to the Yak Web Administrator. Her pride and joy is her daughter, Tai, who is currently a Yak-in-tranining. (For clarification, Children of Yaks are always Yaks, however, since we prefer not to press a child into a certain role, we wait until they are old enough to make their own decision about their position in the tribe. Most of the Yaks-in-training are, for the moment, children between 0-2 years old, and can hardly talk, let alone make decisions on what position they would like in the tribe.) She is a big fan of Madonna (which is surprising that she didn't mention in in the interview) and has every album that a Madonna song is on. She also initiated the Tribe to Smirnoff Ice, which the Yak Reverend has a particular affinity for. Her apartment is easy accessable, and her doors, heart, and arms are open to any Yak. While she is not heavily into the spiritual side of the tribe, like the Yak Shaman and Reverend, she is surely a purifying presence. She does not, however, see herself as the High Priestess when that card is pulled for her from a Tarot Deck, instead she sees herself as the Queen of Cups; the Queen ever gazing in the murky depths of her chalise in an effort to see what the Fates hold for her. |  |
