Who Wants to Go Out on The Boat???!!!
Just to prove the point that anyone can have anything they want without a lot of money, I got a boat.  It didn't take me long to find one simply by reading the classified section for a few weeks.  I found a 1973 Cris-Craft for $250 Must sell.  Called up and took a ride to check it out.  It was full of weeds and leaves, and the motor was seized up.  But hey lets see if he'll take $150??  No, but he'd think about it... That sunday he called me up and Said I could take it for $150 if I took a set of old patio furniture with it. Hey what the hell.  Towed it home and started cleaning.  My ex-girlfriend who loves to clean helped me get it cleaned up and a little more respectable looking.  I was lucky enough that my father had an old outboard motor from a 70's fishing boat.  But I've seen alot of ads in the classifieds for cheap old motors that only need a tune up to run good.  So all said and done For $300, and some elbow grease I have a nice recreational boat to get away in.  I'll have Picures and some more info in the Spring, its wrapped up for winter now.
Not my boat, But looks a lot like it.
