Where To Eat On The Road

This morning, Sunday, November 12, as we were travelling from Cortland, New York, up to Potsdam, New York, between different dedication ceremonies we went looking for a Diner to have breakfast. Now as you all know re-enactors will spend a great deal of time on the road and you will normally eat , at least one breakfast, while on that big highway of life. Now our American cousins, our unit is based in Ottawa, Canada, do not realize that Canada does not have the equivalent of the American Diner. A great place where the food is generally very good, reasonably priced and has certainly a higher food value then the "chains".

So as a service to our fellow re-enactors we are going to start listing good diners that we have found and where we eat on a regular basis. If you know of one in your area please feel free to send along its address, phone number and name.
