Here we see a singer who is about to finish his tuition to cure and help those who are most needy, to help in the ceremonies, guide young people so that they may live a good family life, and to explain and teach the huichol traditions, and we are given an example of what can happen without the right spiritual guidance, when one is temped and tricked by the wind tree, kieri. The kieri, promising to make a person more powerful, gives bad advice and the person is tricked into doing evil. After destroying many families he tries to gain favour once more with the gods, but he is not accepted, he becomes ill and later dies even though his family tries to save him. His family arranges a celebration in a sacred temple called caliguey, where they give offerings to the gods and serve the sacred peyote as a drink so that the gods may permit the shaman, family and friends to have the celebration and ceremony. A singer sings and at midnight the deceased descends from the heavens in the snakelike form of tivirichi which is a form taken by the spirit to descend. Only one family member and the shaman are able to see the spirit. The spirit talks to the shaman and the family member. All kinds of fruits are offered to the spirit, that he may eat and rest in peace.

Un cantador, el kieri y el caliguey.

Aquí vemos un cantador quien estaba a punto de terminar su enseñanza para curar y ayudar a quien menos tiene, para ayudar en la ceremonia, orientar a la juventud para que se forman sus hogares y explicar a los quienes no tiene quien se enseñan los costumbres y rituales huicholes, y vemos un ejemplo de lo que puede pasar cuando no tiene la orientación correcta y las buenas enseñanzas y se guía por su propio corazón y que deja engañar el árbol del viento, que es el kieri, árbol mulo que le platico que si quería hacerse más poderoso que los demás, que se hiciera caso. Pero se dio consejos malos y enseñaba a hacer cosas malas con el resultado que se destruyó a muchas familias y cuando se dio cuenta de sus maldades y quiso volver con los dioses, ellos ya no le aceptaron y el señor se enfermo y luego murió aunque su familia trató de salvarlo, pues ya era demasiado tarde. Su familia hace una fiesta en un templo sagrado que se llama caliguey para que descansa en paz, lleven ofrendas a los dioses y ofrece el sagrado peyote como bebida para que los dioses permiten al chaman y los fiesteros cumplir con los fiestas al difunto y con una ceremonia. Un cantador canta y a la media noche el difunto baja del cielo en forma de tivirichi, o sea el alma se tomo esa forma de animal para bajarse. Solamente el familiar y el chaman pueden verlo, el alma baja para platicar con el familiar y el chaman. Por eso se ofrecen todo clase de frutas para que come y descansa en paz.
