| Remember this is a team relay, not an individuals distance ride and
certainly NOT A RACE A set of riding instructions to aid the newly conscripted rider..... Any teams found racing will be stopped. This is in the interests of safety and a directive of the police. No full distance riders are permitted. The Ride Director will have ultimate control of decisions to be made once the ride is in progress. He will have radio contact with the SES, Motorcycle marshalls, St Johns Ambulance and can contact the police if necessary. Motorcycle marshalls will be moving through the ride to give reminders and assistance when necessary. It is important to follow their instructions. SES units will be marshalling corners, danger spots etc and also giving directions and assistance when needed. St Johns Ambulance units will be strategically placed throughout the ride. etc Etc TBD .
