Communication is the most important aspect of modern life. The cost however, is quite high for long distance communication using conventional methods, since a normal telephone call from USA to Pakistan costs $1 per minute. The objective of this project is to reduce this cost by using the Internet as the means of communication. ICE is an engine, which serves as a bridge between two distant points. This engine can be used to develop applications, which provide services like Net2Phone, Net2fax etc.
