One of the best stories I have ever read!
It's Midori's first day at the new high school, she is asked, by her whole class, to become one of the candidates to be voted into the student council. After many accidents, (including that infamous underwear-incident), she is voted as the vice-prez, thus, a series of hilarious stories begins to happen to her...
