All back and White.....has a blick pleated 'skirt' (this Xena skirt....each pleat is a different piece of metal), a cross bow looking device on right arm, and the sield is on her left arm.  the wings are like WingZero's in Endless Waltz.  (feather like and they actaully move and look like they're flying) Weapon Description: The coss bow looking thing is a cross bow beam cannon.  The shield has thurmal spikes that come out of the sides, and it's used as a discus (this Sailor Moon Tiarrah throw), she has two machin guns hidden behind her wings.  The 'skirt': Each pleat can elongate out fairly long when Tenshi spins, this helps when Quatrina is surronded by mobile dolls, she just raises tenshi's arms and spins fast and the skirt pleats whoosh out and slice the dolls in half....causing them to expload.
