Materials Needed:

An Envelope you have made or a small pre-made one.
A Writing untensil.
Your altar Candle.
Cauldron or other fire safe container.
Angelica Herb.
Burdock Herb.
Galangal Herb.
Horehound Herb.
Elder Herb.
Lavender Herb.
Lemon Balm Herb.
Mandrake Root Herb.
Rose Herb.
Rue Herb.
Sassafras Herb.
Yellowdock Herb.

Small disclaimer: the author of this spell realizes that there are many herbs involved but says she has used it and it has worked numerous times. Oh and remember to get that permission that you need to heal someone, even if it is in your family! Happy Casting.

Start by writing on the envelope the world "HEALTH" (some prefer to do this using Runes or some other alphabet). Then write the NAME of the person (s) you are directing the healing toward.
    Next, enclose the above herbs in the envelope.

Chant the following:

"I charge these herbs to aide my spell,
that ______(name of person) will be well,
That by free will that can be blessed,
With total health and happiness,
I ask the God/Goddess to hear my call,
That it may be correct and for the good of all."

    Now pass the envelope through your altar candle and catch the envelope on fire. Focus on the smoke and visualize the energy blowing with the smoke toward those in need. Allow the envelope to burn completley.-Author recommends putting the burning paper in your cauldron or another fire safe container.

Chant the following while doing the above:

"I call upon a breath of wind,
Empowered by the Spirit of air,
To carry my spell toward my kin,
And gracefully deliver it there.
By all the power of three times three,
This spell bound around shall be,
To cause no harm, not return it to me,
As I do will, So mote it be!"
