Any Person, regardless of race, creed, or national origin who is interested in the sport of angling shall be eligible to become a member. Membership is subject to review of the application by the membership committee and the YBAC Executive board.
There are regular monthly dinner business meetings held and all members are encouraged to attend regularly. Guests interested in fishing, are invited at these meetings. Speakers are invited and they present information of general interest to the members on fishing equipment and techniques for catching the various species.
