Now that you know how to start a conversation in Spanish, lets work on asking more questions and revealing more about yourself. .
When you first meet someone what are some of the questions you might ask? Below are examples of some questions you might ask.*

* These questions are only examples of what you might ask one person. When addressing multiple people the questions will change.
** Remember to use the "tú" format when addressing peers and the "usted" format when addressing adults.

* It is OK to say the names of places in English, especially since most names of cities, schools and streets do not translate.

Can you and friend have a 2-3 minute conversation on your own?
Ana: ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Ana. ¿Comó te llamas tú?
Miguel: ¡Buenos dias! Me llamo Miguel.
Ana: ¿Cuantós años tienes Miguel?
Miguel: Tengo trece (13) años. ¿ Y tú?
Ana: Yo tambien.
Miguel: ¿De dondé eres?
Ana: Soy de Chicago. ¿Y tú?
Miguel: Soy de San Antonio.
