Liu Ye was born in China, during the Cultural Revolution. Under her parents' influence she grew up in an artistic environment and started painting at the age of three. |
Impression of Yunnan (mural painting), her graduation project, was featured in "China Arts 1992". Liu Ye's paintings were featured in "Hong Kong Daily", "Fifty-Two Weeks", "Youth Arts", "Beijing Teenage Magazine" and several First Day Covers. She was also involved in the designing and paintings of book covers for Taiwain publishers. |
