Yew Tree Cottage

Just a mile from the famous Yat Rock viewpoint high above the River Wye, Yew Tree Cottage is set amid some of the most beautiful countryside in the Forest of Dean. It is ideal for walking, cycling, climbing, canoeing and birdwatching.

The accommodation comprises upstairs: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with corner bath; downstairs: fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, living room with open fire (logs provided), cloakroom and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, second toilet and a sunlounge with TV and video. French windows open into the garden. Garden furniture and barbeque are provided, and there is off road parking for one car. There is a telephone for incoming and local calls only.

Beautiful woodland walks start from just across the road. The nearest shops and pub are 1 mile, with the town of Coleford (supermarkets, etc.) just 3 miles away. The historic market towns of Ross on Wye and Monmouth are both about a 20 minute drive away, and Hereford and the Black Mountains are also within easy reach.
