The full title of the book is Emotional Intelligence - Why It Can Matter More Than IQ. This book is written by Daniel Goleman. It is also a #1 bestseller. This book tells you why emotional intelligence is a stronger indicator of human success compared to IQ.

I have this book for almost ten years. It is a fascinating read. My book is still in good condition except that it has yellowed due to age. The auction was closed at a bid price of 6.00 SGD only. It is a good bargain for the buyer. Hope the buyer will enjoy reading it too.
