Nagan is a Chosun era walled village near Sunchon (Suncheon), South Cholla province. Nagan has both thatch- and tile- roofed houses, and hosts a food festival in the autumn. It is a traditional folk village, and all the residents own their own property, but must maintain the traditional lifestyle and nature of the community.
