Item No. 7 (Draft 2007-04-09 around the Independence Day, updated 2008-03-02): Notice of Void, Frustration and Breach of Agreement Letter dated February 11, 2000 by Flairbase Inc. in the Matter of the Transfer of the RocCAD 14.5 AutoCAD 14 ADS/ARX/C Platform software from Dr. Xiaoping Yi, then President, Chairman, CEO and sole share holder of the now dissolved XY RocCAD Inc. of Etobicoke, Toronto, Province of Ontario, the Dominion of Canada, to Mr. Gaetan Leonard, vice president of Flairbase Inc. of the city of Pointe Claire, the Province of Quebec, Dominion of Canada

Sender: Dr. Yi Xiaoping (National of P.R. China, Citizen of Canada, P. Resident of United States of America), Dublin Shamrock Station, P.O. Box 664, Dublin City, State of Ohio, United States of America.

Receiver: President and Chairman of Flairbase Inc., 6600 Trans-Canada Highway, Suite 519 Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 4S2 Tel. 514 695 0352 ext 23. http://www.flairbase.com. Email: info@flairbase.com

Dear President Mr. Gaetan Leonard of Flairbase Inc., Sir/Madame, Mister/Miss:

I have always wondered about the name "Canada". The official explanation is that it came from the Indian First Nations St. Lawrence Iroquoian language for "village" or "settlement". My research on world language and culture relations has indicated that "Canada" is related to "China Da" or "Kina Da" which would mean "China Is Great" or "Great China". The word "Dominion" sounds like the Chinese "Dao Mi Ni An" (Rice Mud Peace and Secure). The Canadian National Anthem O Canada fits very well with the 2852 B.C. Poetry of Yi Jing - Zhou Yi (I Ching) as well as the 1279 A.D. Yi Shi Zu Pu Zong Ci The Yi Family Name Tribal Genealogy Mission Poetry. This indicates that the Dominion of Canada was linked by icy land to China through the Bering Strait in ancient times. Global warming and drying weather bifurcation is a result of the industrialization as well as the waste of natural and human resources. As the former prime minister Jean Chretian said it "The Canadian Dream Is Incomplete, We Have Work To Do".

This writing is mainly concerned with my Efficiency and Safety software RocCAD 14.5 AutoCAD 14 platform software which was the best Drilling and Blasting software around the world. Unfortunately, it has not been used because some guys are too greedy while others are stripped of everything.

I came from the People's Republic of China to Canada's best university, the Queen's University, Kingston, Province of Ontario, Dominion of Canada of America to study for a Ph.D. degree in 1989. The Canadian education and taxation systems as well as the media encouraged creativity, proprietorship and entrepreneurship. I responded to the calls of professors, such as Drs. Will Bawden (now University of Toronto) and Dougal McCreath of Laurentian University to gain industrial experience in addition to academic and experimental works and to become entrepreneuers. In 1993, I won the second place graduate thesis award of the Canadian Tunneling Association. My Ph.D. thesis is worthy of the Nobel Price in Physics. While at the Hemlo Gold Mines, I made world first class contributions to mining science, engineering and software. By 2000, during the 10 years in Canada since 1989, I had made prominent contribution to the Canadian Strategic Rockburst Project. I bacame a permanent resident of Canada in 1995 and a Canadian citizen in year 1997. By year 2000, I became also one of the best computer software entreprenuer in Canada in terms of product excellence and yearly profit to investment ratio. I demonstrated that advanced research and knowledge are useful for engineers to improve the overall quality, health and safety of engineering works. My earlier sole proprietorship XY Tech-Service of Montreal from 1995 to 1997 made a "Computer Artificial Intelligence Neural Networks Project Proposal " for Flairbase Inc. in 1995. But, I did not receive any remuneration nor any participation or reading any report. XY Tech-Service of Montreal lost $-5349.00 dollars in materials without calculating the cost of labor when it was dissolved in 1997 (see http://www.oocities.org/xyroccad/). XY RocCAD Inc. of Canada contributed to technology advancement; small business development; employment opportunities for others; enhanced industrial research, productivity, efficiency, health and safety and job security; support and funding for other companies; inspiration for students and fellow in China and abroad. I made a total salary of less than $5000 when it was dissolved in year 2000 (see http://www.oocities.org/xyroccad/). With the best academic and industrial experience in the world, I could not find employment opportunities or business assistance in Canada and USA. The academic institutions, industries and governments ignored and rejected excellent people with both advanced and comprehensive knowledge and excellent engineering abilities. Instead, they hire only those whom they think would into their gang.

For the years from 1995 to 2000 when I operated the XY Tech-Services proprietorship of Montreal city and the XY RocCAD Inc. federal corporation of Canada. I operated these individual companies as secondary home jobs besides the regular jobs first at Flairbase Inc. of Pointe Claire, Province of Quebec and later at Golden Giant mine, Williams mine and David Bell mine, Marathon, Province of Ontario. I created world first class computer software that contributed to mining safety, efficiency and productivity as well as general knowledge, technology and engineering without any third party financing or investment. I became an integral and efficient part of the local and global economy and world peace by supporting the mining companies, purchasing computer from a local store, buying software from Canadian entrepreneur Terry Wiles, from Chinese entrepreneur NJSTAR in Australia, IBM, Microsoft and Autodesk Inc., paying for accountant services in Sudbury, and paying taxes to the Ontario provincial and Canada federal governments. My success was inspiring to students, professors, coworkers, classmates, social and family connections that number in the thousands in Canada, Sweden, United States and the People's Republic of China. They in turn influenced their thousands of relations.

I registered the "XY Tech-Services" Sole Proprietorship with the City of Montreal in May of 1995 while I was receiving unemployment insurance benefit prior to joining the Flairbase Inc. of Quebec. Continuing with the artificial intelligence project that I did in the "Computer Artificial Course" at Laurentian University, I did literature research and C programming with the three layer neural networks model. I wrote a research proposal to submit to professor Mitri of McGill University. He later told me that it could not be funded. I worked as a programmer/analyst at Flairbase Inc. of Pointe Claire, Province of Quebec from 1995 to 1997. I worked mainly on the maintenance, upgrading, site customization and users training of the IBLAST software on the AutoCAD 12 and 13 AUTOLISP platform. During the course of my employment with Flairbase Inc., I upgraded and enhanced the IBLAST and SECTION programs from AutoCAD 12 to AUTOCAD 13. I also guided John in the upgrading of other AMINE modules such as the AMINE FILES MANAGER, MGRID and MSURVEY. I traveled to many mines in Ontario, Quebec and Saskachewan to install or upgrade the IBLAST software. I also submitted a project proposal on the "mining application of computer neural networks" with supervisor James Leung, of Noranda Technology Centre. The proposal was based on my previous work under XY Tech-Services. The project was funded and Dr. Shu, a graduate of electrical and electronic engineering, was hired to perform the work for two years. Besides the project proposal, I never had a chance to see any report or publication of the research and development work. I did not receive any compensation for the project proposal. I guess that Dr. Shu likely never published any papers on it because the management mistakenly believed that the funding industry would prefer to keep it as a secret. Dr. Shu likely had to depart after two years because of this. At the beginning, I did not believe a well known theorem that effectively stated that a three layer neural net that is trained to perfection can actually be definitively described by a set of sumultaneous linear equations. I later believed it. If so, the linear equations can be obtained by statistical regressions (neural network experts likely do not know this or they never wrote it down). Further, all statistical equations can be more realistically or accurately obtained by analysing the physics of the problem. In other words, the project would have had a promising future if I had been involved. At Flairbase Inc., I was paid about $40,000 for the first year and about $50,000 for the second year. The fact that I have a doctoral degree, international research experience and important publications brought funding to Flairbase Inc. as a whole. For example, Flairbase Inc. obtained the AMINE software funding from Craig mine of Falconbridge Ltd. where my friend Dr. Swan was a senior ground control engineer. I met a number of professors at McGill University and University of Montreal such as professors Hassani, Demitri and Aubertine. I met a number of then employees of Noranda Technology Centre Inc. such as Dr. Andre Peche, Mr. Vincent Mercier, Mr. Per Lunder, Mr. Simon Nickson, Dr. Yves Potvin, Dr. Luc Vandame, Mr. Adam Coulson, Dr. Liu Qian, Mr. Les Weisflocks, Mr. Fabien Miller of a small company, Mr. Robert Etoile of Geostat etc.. I also met Ms. Beatrice who was an independent software contractor for Noranda Technology Centre. I talked to an Autodesk Inc. employee Luis Morrasse. The engineers and technicians at the Noranda mines were very satisfied with my AMINE related software services. The style of the small business management was quite foreign to me. The managers likely did not have management training. According to modern management methods, some people were chosen as managers because they can not work or because they are to be trained by the employees. In the second year when I was expected to leave Flairbase to work at the mine, the management did not say so but tried to stir disagreements and arguments. Only after I was persecuted by a gang of policemen and medical and mental illness doctors in Marathon, Ontario in October of year 1999, I finally realized that it had to do with religious organizations such as Jehovah's Witnesses and the mine managers.

Back in year 1992 in the Married Student Residence of Laurentian University, when I finished the red book and bible studies with brother Zalesky and his wife sister Camen. He invited the district overseer Hartfort and another man to come to my apartment for the evening studies. The men told me some strange things contrary to their own teaching such as "One becomes a Jehovah's Witness once the red book is finished regardless of being baptised in water or not" which was in contradiction to the stated rule of the organization that water baptism indicates acceptance of God and Jesus Christ, "one must follow the bible principles and be secretly monitored by the Jehavah's Witness organization", "one must develop new members", "one is considered to owe money for the free bible studies" which was in contradiction to the policy of free evangelism of the organization, "one must not go to the churches of the Christendom or else may suffer from mysterious hardship". As a result of such bluff, I stopped going to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, but continued to go to the Chinese Missionary Church. After I moved to Montreal in year 1995, I stopped going to churches all together. Thinking back, I did not keep the job at Flairbase Inc. and suffered from the Hong Kong style private capitalist management methods which were intentionally made possible by mysterious and secret powerful forces. It likely had to do with the fact that I did not go to church. The Jehovah's Witnesses might have used me as an example to demonstrate that the practice of religion is a requirement for life in Canada. I am still not sure if there is open Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses or not because brother Zalesky said that Jehovah's Witnesses were persecuted and not permitted in Quebec.

The new milennium saw great changes in the world politics. Globalization again brought big companies together to become bigger. When I was looking for a job in Montreal, the Noranda Inc. was being merged with Falconbridge Inc. in Sudbury. The Noranda Technology Centre in Montreal was being divided and privatized into many small companies such as Flairbase Inc.. As a result, non-governmenal and non-university research in mining technologies was reduced to zero. This was another futile development for the earth and the people of the world because mining has always been and is still the most basic and widespread industry around the world, but mining education and research has been steadily reduced. Research organizations are a necessary middle way between college education and mine production. As a result of changes such as this, many people lost their jobs and hope in the mining industry that lead to the historic low metal prices in the year 1999. It was said that the mine design software products were developed under the leadership of Dr. Will Bawden who later worked at the Department of Mining of Queen's University and then Department of Mineral Engineering at University of Toronto. It is highly likely that the Noranda Technology Centre received governmental funding for research and development in addition to the Noranda Inc... The breakup of the Noranda Technology Centre could have been a way for the employees to bring the technologies to the mining industry of Canada. Mr. Lunder once told that he installed AMINE or the IBLAST software at a mine in Timmins city on his own initiative. The Promine company of Quebec was a private company founded by former Noranda employees who developed and service AutoCAD platform software.

During a training session with Vincent of Noranda Technology Centre in year 1995, I said that the name "Sprott" from the Golden Giant Mine was likely a pseudo-name and it sounded like an alien name from outer space. He said it was a real name and he would talk to David about that. David was later promoted to the mine chief engineer and then superintendent of technical service position. It was part of the reason that he welcomed me as a practising mining engineer for 6 months at the Golden Giant mine in cooperation with Flairbase Inc. at the beginning of 1997. Professor Will Bawden of Queen's University was another reason behind this arrangement because he has been the rock mechanics consulting engineer for Golden Giant mine for a long time. He was working at the Noranda Technology Centre prior to joining the Queen's University. I sent him a resume when I was still working at Laurentian University. The expressed intent of the Flairbase company was for me to get familiar with the operations of a mine in order to provide better software services to the mining companies. But, at the end of the six months, the managers of the two companies breached this intent and declined to let me back to Montreal.

Until year 1995, the Noranda Technology Centre served as a mining technology development, technology exchange and rotation centre for academic and mining professionals. It was probably the defacto mining technology development centre for the Dominion of Canada. Unfortunately, it was dissolved because of the short sighted and false thinking that it was too expensive. I should point out that the Canadian government policy to fund only uiversity employees to do research needs to be changed to allow for broad participation of the people like myself.

When I was working as a contract senior mining engineer for the three mines of Golden Giant, Williams and David Bell in Marathon, Province of Ontario (contract with Battle Mountain Gold), I incorporated the "XY RocCAD Inc." federal corporation on January 1, 1998. Immediately afterwards, I closed the "XY Tech-Services" Sole Proprietorship of Montreal for which I sustained a net loss of $-5349.00. From 1995 to 1998, I started to learn and develop the "RocCAD" 3D Engineering Design/Positional Database/Microseismicity Display/File Management software (with automation functions) for the AutoCAD 13 and 14 ADS/ARX/C platforms under the "XY Tech-Services" Sole Proprietorship of Montreal in Manitouwadge township of Ontario. Since 1998, I further developed and marketed this "RocCAD" software under the "XY RocCAD Inc." of Canada. XY RocCAD Inc. made revenues of CND$7,095.00, CND$10,450.00, CND$4,800.00 in years 2000, 1999, 1998 respectively. Yi earned salaries or incomes of CND$3,045.10, CND$1,200,00, CND$0.00 from XY RocCAD Inc. in years 2000, 1999, 1998 respectively. The costs of the company included computer hardware and software purchase, software development membership fees, office expenses, accountant and lawyer fees, and corporate income tax.

My RocCAD 14 software is very different from the Flairbase "IBLAST" Autolisp software not only in the different programming languages but also in design, algorithms and system approach. While the "IBLAST" software was for drilling and blasting layout and design, the "RocCAD" software includes an efficient and sophisticated "Automated Drilling and Blasting Layout and Design" module, a small and efficient "MAP3D Stress Model Construction" functions, a small and efficient "Three-Dimensional Graphic Database" module, a small and efficient "AUTOCAD File Management" module, a small and efficient "Section Slicing and Title Block" module, and a small and efficient "Microseismicity Source Display" module. While "IBLAST" software was programmed with a lot of AutoCAD commands, the "RocCAD" software was programmed with a lot of complex mathematics to speed up the graphics computation and display.

The advantage of an AUTOLISP programs is that it never causes crash of the AutoCAD and the operating system. Its disadvantage is slow speed and less functionalities. The C/ADS/ARX programs are essentially C programs that are fast and have the full functionalities of the C and C++ programming language. Unfortunately, the upgrading of AutoCAD has always required the upgrading of both types of programs. The two types of programs should be considered complementary and are both useful for the users. This is like the use of at least two emergency exit ways at an underground mine.

I am writing to notify Flairbase Inc. again in writing that the Agreement Letter from Dr. Xiaoping Yi, then CEO and president of XY RocCAD Inc., to Mr. Gaetan Leonard, then vice president of Flairbase Inc., which I signed on February 11, 2000 under undue influence, duress and fear in Etobicoke city, Toronto Metropolitan, Province of Ontario, Dominion of Canada of America is void, frustrated and breached by Flairbase Inc. for the following reasons:

1. The Agreement Letter was signed by myself under undue influence, duress and fear. It was therefore voidable. The contract of the agreement letter was never performed. It was therefore frustrated.

In 1998, due to my success in both mine stress modelling and mine design software works, the Golden Giant, Williams and David Bell mines in Marathon, province of Ontario welcomed my wife to leave her postdoctoral research job in Montreal to come to Marathon. However, prior to the end of my two year contract with the Golden Giant, Williams and David Bell mines in Marathon, province of Ontario in October of 1999, I saw a Human Resources magazine in the washroom of the Golden Giant mine engineering department, which contained a short article to advocate "The Training of Engineering Responsibility of Engineers by Imprisonment". I did not realize that it was against the law and did not think it concerned me. I now found that it is not only against the law but also contrary to the sound engineering and operation principle that all employees are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company. When my contract with the three mines of Golden Giant mine, Williams Operating Corporation and David Bell mine in Marathon, Ontario was to end in the summer of 1999, I started packing up my belongings and looking for a job to prepare to move, an unknown gang of individuals from the township of Marathon and the Marathon detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police took advantage of my difficult time to imprison me in the jail of the marathon police station for one night. The next day, the police used a public ambulance to take me against my will and imprisoned me in the Psychiatric Section of the Thunderbay Regional Hospital for 5 days where I was secretly drugged with mental drugs. After I was released from the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, I continued to suffer from harrassment and fear in the living environment. While living in the basement apartment of a house on Clover Hill Road in Etobicoke city of the Toronto metropolitan, Province of Ontario, I suffered from undue influence, duress and fear of life. I contemplated suicide but lived because of the encouragement of my wife who was working in New York at that time. Manulife Financial declined my application for life insurance incerase. The purposes of the unknown gangs of individuals was possibly (i) to make me a scapegoat of the economic problems at the mines due to historically low gold prices; (ii) to set an example to train engineers responsibility by imprisonment which is not only against the law but also against reason; (iii) to gain control of and kick out my world first class "RocCAD" AutoCAD software; and (iv) to demonstrate the power of some persons or organizations (which may be religious) who misunderstood GOD and pretended to be invisible, dumb and/or deaf.

I had to follow the advice of the doctor at the Thunderbay Regional hospital that I must see a psychiatrist in Toronto. This was because I thought I was drugged with mental drugs in the hospital such that I would have to get the corresponding anti-drugs. The psychiatrist in Etobicoke prescribed the anti-depression pills. I lived in fear in the basement apartment and in the neighborhood. Thinking back, the anti-depression drugs made me depressive and somewhat fearful. In other words, I was not in a capable state. The purpose of the agreement letter of February 11, 2000 was for Flairbase Inc. to support the existing RocCAD customers. I expressed verbally on the telephone that I hoped Flairbase Inc. would market the RocCAD software to new RocCAD customers so that I could perform certain work for them. Since Flairbase Inc. never continued with the support for the customers of RocCAD software and the customers discontinued with RocCAD 14.5, the Agreement was not implemented and was frustrated at the beginning according to national and International laws and agreements. If Flairbase had incorporated the RocCAD codes into their own AMINE software, I would have partial ownership of the latter.

In Canada and the United States of America, intellectual properties (such as technologies and software) eventually ended up in big international monopoly companies one way or the other through secret coersion, personal stealing or open acquisition. Many intellectual properties ended up being locked up in company archives as a means to knock out competitors. It mainly has to do with the pursuit of money as the only goal of work and life which has resulted in gobal warming, dry cold and pollutions. Secondary reasons are that managers make employees move away every few years and only let employees own what is memorized in their head. Those managers who lost their jobs would know that such property is literally nothing when the person is occupied with moving and looking for jobs. The practice of keeping company research and knowledge secret in the name of keeping competitive advantage has been actually for the protection of jobs for the responsible persons, but has led to repetitive research in the society and the destruction of life sustaining earth resources.

The book entitled "Law for Professional Engineers". Second Edition. McGraw-Hill Ryerson Limited, 1985, 1981. by Marston D.L. gave a definition of "Duress" as follows:

If a contract is induced by means of intimidation, it is voidable. Such intimidation is termed "duress". Duress can be defined as threatened or actual violence or imprisonment used as a means of persuading a party to enter into a contract. The actual or threatened violence or imprisonment must be directed at the contracting party or a close relative. For example, lawful imprisonment - as the result of criminal prosecution - might be threatened.

The same book also defined undue influence and frustration

Undue Influence. Undue influence is similar to duress, but arises in less drastic circumstances. Undue influence occurs where one party to a contract dominates the free will of the other party to such an extent as to be able to coerce the dominated party into an unfair agreement. In such circumstances the dominated party is entitled to be relieved of his contractual obligations.

pp.102. Discharge by Frustration: At times, without default by either party to a contract, changing circumstances may radically change the obligations of the parties. If this happens, the contract will have been "frustrated", and is discharged by such frustration. However, the doctrine pf frustration may not be used to justify discharge of a contract simply because circumstances have made performance more onerous than comtemplated. Such an application of the doctrine would be contrary to the general principles that support the binding effect of contracts.

91. The following is the Code of Ethics of the Professional Engineers Association of Ontario:

1. It is the duty of a practitioner to the public, to his employer, to his clients, to other members of his profession, and to himself to act at all times with, i. fairness and loyalty to his associates, employers, clients, subordinates and employees, ii. fidelity to public needs, and iii. devotion to high ideals of personal honour and professional integrity.

2. The title and the first sentence of the Agreement Letter were as follows:

RE: Acceptance of Offer to Purchase RocCAD

Gaetan: This is the acceptance letter for your offer to purchase the RocCAD software and take over the customer service, see your letter dated Feb. 11, 2000.

From October 1999 to March 2000, I was paid by the federal government employment insurance program in Etobicoke. I tried to sell the RocCAD 14.5 software to the mines and looked for a job in Toronto without any success. The then techinical superintendent of Golden Giant mine David said that "we felt having already paid for the RocCAD software". He did give me a little raise of salary in 1999 when I said I did not need it and the company revenue was decreasing due to low gold prices. I contacted the Rock Sciences company in Toronto to see if I could join the company with my software but was declined. David encouraged me to sell RocCAD to Flairbase Inc. which served mainly the Noranda Company mines. RocCAD 14.5 came with an annual license management program and also a Sentinel parallel port lock. At the request of Flairbase Inc., I disabled the license software and parallel port lock for the users in year 2000. I received a permanent job offer from Autodesk Inc. of California, United States of America in February 2000. I departed for San Francisco on March 6, 2000 to work for the job which in half a year turned out to be a part of the same scam to kick out AutoCAD software developers and to take my RocCAD 14 software off the market. The purpose on the part of Autodesk Inc. was to assure that more AutoCAD licences would have to be purchased from Autodesk Inc.. But the consequence is the downgrading of mining industry health, safety and cost efficiency. There maybe be some good will on the part of Canadians to give Autodesk Inc. the opportunity to move some of the software development work to its company in Montreal, Quebec. But, Autodesk Inc. would rather have full control of the software technology.

3. The agreement letter was a reply to the faxed letter from Gaetan Leonard. It was signed by myself only, but not by Gaetan Leonard of Flairbase Inc.. The agreement was not sealed with the corporate seals of Flairbase Inc. and of XY RocCAD Inc.. It was therefore not strictly according to the standard practice that a contract must be signed by two contracting parties before a third party witness.

4. The RocCAD software was the copyright of Xiaoping Yi. The copyright was registered with the federal copyright office of CANADA. No copyright assignment to Flairbase Inc. took place.

5. The nominal license fees that Xiaoping Yi of XY RocCAD Inc. received from Flairbase Inc. was the same as the licence fees that Flairbase Inc. received from the RocCAD software users in the year 2000 on behalf of Xiaoping Yi of XY ROcCAD Inc., , minus an amount paid to Doug Bruce who was contracted to support the RocCAD siftware. Flairbase did not render any work for RocCAD software. On the telephone prior to the signing of the said Agreement Letter, I clearly indicated that I would like to perform works for Flairbase Inc. to support the RocCAD software when I worked in California of United States of America. Therefore, Flairbase Inc. was in fact asked to support the RocCAD users and customers, although the letter appeared like the sale of the software. While in California, I never had the opportunity to render work for Flairbase Inc. on the RocCAD software,

I have been trying to get back the RocCAD software since year 2000. Because the agreement letter entitled "Acceptance of Offer to Purchase RocCAD" was not implemented, void and frustrated, the RocCAD software remains the property and copyright of myself, Xiaoping Yi. Any infringement of copyright by Flairbase Inc., such as the use of RocCAD program codes in the "AMINE" software as told by the then President Mr. Morrissette, is against national and international laws and treaties. Such copied codes must be removed or remedy be provided to myself, the copyright owner. On the other hand, I am open for possible future cooperation or copyright assignment.

6. Flairbase Inc. abandoned the www.RocCAD.com internet domain name. This is possibly another indication that the said agreement is frustrated.

The three RocCAD 14 software (AutoCAD 14 C/ADS/ARX platform) licensees at the time of the agreement letter were as follows:

Williams Mine. Contact person: Tom Brisco, Doug Bruce (huibruce@renegadeisp.com), Brian LeBlanc, Williams Operating Corporation, Marathon, Ontario, P0T 2E0. Tel. 807-238-1100. Fax. 807-238-1050. Four MDD and three MDD&MDRILL licenses as well as a separate MDD license for micro-seismic plotting.

New Britannia Mine (customization work was being finished). Contact person: Ian Nelson, Senior Blast Technician, New Britannia Mine, P.O. Box 451, Snow Lake, Manitoba, R0B 1M0. Tel. 204-358-2927. Fax. 204-358-2030. Email: inelson@newbrit.com. One MDD&MDRILL license.

Holt-McDermott Mine. Contact persons: Gary Quigley and Ken Swanson, Blast and Drill Technician, Box 278, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, P2N 3H7. Ph. 705-567-9251. Fax. 705-567-6867. Email. Barrholt@nt.net.

Unfortunately, the Test Development Department of Autodesk Inc. wrongfully and illegally terminated my job on August 15 of 2000 against company practices and against the federal anti-discrimination laws. My proposal to develop a mining engineering software on the AutoCAD platform was declined. My request to work for the ADN support team to support AutoCAD platform software developers was declined. Unfortunately, the above users discontinued the use of the RocCAD 14.5 software at the end of year 2000. The Golden Giant Mine closed down sometime around 2004. The reason was likely a combination of lack of sufficient economic gold ore reserve, competent design and planning engineers, efficient and inexpensive software. Lack of competent design and planning engineers, inefficiency and safety problems as well as operating cost at a mine operation has often caused the closure of the mine and the possible waste of mineral and overall human and material resources. At around the same time, James lost his job at the Noranda Technology Centre. He said he was doing consulting work for the same company. The Noranda company sold to the Falconbridge Limited. In 2001, David relocated to Vancouver to work for the Placerdome Ltd (which later sold to Barrick Gold). I was disappointed that David and James would not accept my emails. They would not offer assistance for me to find a job. Mr. Doug Bruce did report two problem with RocCAD 14.5. One was that AutoCAD 14 could not be installed on the network and the other was that RocCAD 14.5 had a crashing bug. However, AutoCAD 13 and 14 can indeed be installed on the networked Windows XP computers. Besides, the addition of a stand alone independent computer with file exchange to a networked computer would be an advantage over networked computers. I thought the crashing but was fixed. Of course, RocCAD 14.5 can also be further improved. I hope the above mines can continue with the use of the RocCAD software. I remain yours sincerely,
