Train Terror on December 12 at Pacific Coast Hwy Station

I bought an MTA train ticket at Pershing station with a token. The ticket information was (03:22P DEC 12 05 ONE WAY R $1.25T) to go to the Long Beach Court building as required by a previous illegitimate ticket (see the next complaint). When the train arrived at the Pacific Coast Hwy station at about 15:45, a gang of four young men and women suddenly entered the train. They wanted to check the tickets of the passengers. The lady by the name K. Rimola saw my valid ticket clipped on my jacket with a tie clip. She insisted that I got off the train. I legally and cautiously refused to get off the train for my safety and security so that I can arrive at the court on time. The rest of the gang attempted to grab me and pull me out. I asked the other passengers to call the police 911. I noted down the names on the gangster's uniform. They were "Rimola, Zendejas, Corona, and lady ?".

A sheriff man with a motorcycle helmet came to pull me off the train. The sheriff handcuffed me on the platform outside the train. I refused to talk and noticed the sheriff's name "Veylupek" on his coat. He was a little frustrated when I did not talk. Meanwhile, lady Rimola wrote an illegal ticket MTA SD 361515 that would cost me at least $110, see tickets. Veylupek took off the handcuff and asked me to sign the ticket. Then, he let me go.

I got off the platform and found a telephone outside the gas station to call 911. The lady dispatcher on the phone would not send a police officer as requested. The lady directed me first to the local bus transit and then to MTA. I talked and complained about the train terror. I got back on the train platform and used a token to buy another ticket regardless of the gangster's presence (see the above tickets link).

Due to the gangster terror, I forgot to get off the train at the final destination. I had to get off and get on a another train to arrive at the destination. The time was 17:00. I was delayed by one hour. The gangster and the sheriff attempted to obstruct justice by delaying my going to court. This case shows that the train segment in Long Beach city is badly managed. Off the train on the street, I met a certain native lady who saw the terror and expressed sympathy for me. This complaint took me a total of two hours to prepare.

My amateur training at the San Rafael city police and Marin County sheriff citizen academies would suggest that the county sheriff's business is to safeguard and implement the court business. The county sheriff is a government law enforcement agency and should not work for the MTA corporation. The sheriff must not break the law and take the victim to court.
