My hobby is to enjoy pop music. I like Yahoo Music,LAUNCH, where I can play 'my' music videos . Of course, I like sports, such as table-tennis, badminton and soccer.
I graduated from the Dept. of Mechanics, Peking University in 1987. I got my Master of Engineering degree from Kagoshima Univ., a very beautiful campus in the south of Japan. After receiving my Master's degree, I had been working for 5 years in a civil engineering consulting company in Tokyo, Japan as a registered consulting engineer(Professional Engineer) and a registered architect. Now I'm finishing my PhD at the lab. of Prof.Konagai, Institute of Industrial Science,University of Tokyo,Japan.
I'm majoring in earthquake engineering and structural engineering. My PhD research is to propose a new approach to analyzing nonlinear soil-pile group interation.Here is the abstract of my PhD dissertation.
