Places / We loved Jen-al-fana, and the food stalls. Moroccan food is some of the best in the world. Tagine is a delicious baked stew with meat, often cooked in terra cotta with oranges, raisins and piquant spices. Cous-cous with lamb is cooked to tenderness with aromatics. Moroccan patries are as delicate, beautiful and tasty as any the French can dream up. Next time, I am staying longer in Marrakesh! |
