        Here are some good doggy recipes, all are Daisy aproved.

        Good Dog Cookies

        • 1-3/4 cups of flour
        • 1-1/4 cups of oatmeal
        • 1-1/2 tbls corn oil
        • 1 cup warm water

        Preheat oven to 300F
        lightly oil a cookie sheet

        Mix flour and oatmeal. You could replace some of the oatmeal witrh corn meal or wheat germ, if you like.

        Stir corn oil into water.

        Pour water and oil into flour mix and stir until well blended. The dough should be stiff like playdoh.

        Roll to 1 cm thickness, use a knife to cut into squares or rectangles, or use cookie cutters.

        Bake for about an hour or untill cookies are are crisp

        Simple Simon's Birthday Bones

        • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
        • 1tbsp. baking powder
        • 1 cup natural peanut butter
        • 1 cup skim milk

        Preheat oven to 375F In a bowl combine flour and baking powder. In another bowl mix peanut butter and milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix well.
        Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
        Bake for 20 minutes on a greased baking sheet untill lightly brown.
        Cool on a rack, then store in an airtight container.


        Frosty Paws

        • 1 carton of plain or vanilla yogurt
        • 3 smooshed bananas
        • 1 cup peanut butter
        • 1/2 cup honey (optional)

        Mix it all up, freeze in dixie cups or the foil cupcake thinggies. Thaw a few secs in the microwave to serve. Humans will like these also.

        Frosty Paws (a more doggy kind)

        • - Dissolve a bouillon cube (beef, chicken, or veggie) in 3/4 cup of warm water.
        • - Mix in blender or food processor with two cups of plain yogurt.
        • - Pour into ice cube trays sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray such as PAM.
        • - Freeze

        Pupsicles
        • - Combine one cup plain yogurt, one ripe banana, and 1/4 cup of water in blender or food processor till smooth.
        • - Pour into ice cube trays sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray such as PAM.
