YINGLI HAO

I received my LLM degree in May 2002 from the American University, Washington College of Law, concentrating on international trade law and international business transaction.

I hold the Bachelor of Law (JD equivalent) and Master of Law (LLM equivalent) degrees from one of the best law schools in China, the
China University of Political Science & Law.

I am now working for Holland & Knight, advising clients on foreign investment in China and other areas of Chinese laws. Previously, I worked for
Porter Wright Morris & Arthur in Washington, D.C., focusing on anti-dumping and countervailing duty laws.

Back in China, I worked for the Beijing Office of France's leading law firm,
Gide Loyrette Nouel, as a member of Gide's Chinese lawyer team.

I was qualified to join the National Bar Association of China in 1994.

I passed the New York State bar exam held in July, 2002 and joined New York State Bar Association in January, 2003.
