Bolivia!
I traveled west, exiting Brasil and entering Bolivia. Traveled up by
train and buses, till I reached the Salar. A large flat salt area, so
big it is not possible to see anything else till the horizon.
We hired a company to take us for a trip in the Salar. So we drove for
hours on salt, till we reached an Island in the salt. The small island
had very large cactuses which were very impressing. This is me with two
Lamas.
We continued our trip on the Salar. Parts of it were covered this a
thin layer of water. The water over the white salt made the land look
like a huge mirror, that made us feel as if we were flying. Just before
exiting the Salar we got stuck!
On the next day. We arrived to a lagona that looked normal until the
wind started blowing. Which made it blood red!
Still near the Salar. You can see flamingo in the water.
Lagona Verde.
That black X is me.
On our last day in the Salar area we passed throw a village made out of
mad.
North of the Salar I passed throw Oururo which had a witch craft market.
"Valley De la Luna"- The valley of the moon, near the capital of Bolivia,
La Paz. I continued from La Paz to Peru.
