Brasil- The coast and the Pantanal
Me at a native village south of "Arrival de A Juda", Bahia.
Mike at the main highway of the village. Luckily we missed rush hour.
Salvador, the capital of Bahia. A view from the upper city to the lower.
Me at one of the old city's streets. Drinking Guarana, of course.
A view of the old city.
That is a suppose to be me, in one of those colonial churches.
The Pantanal. A great flat swampy land, filled with wild life. Here I
learned the full meaning of wild life.
Traveling in the Pantanal. You never know what is going to bit you.
An alligator visiting us for breakfast, at our camp.
I suddenly understood how the breakfast felt like.
Well... It took time to get used to the alligators. But while I was in
the water another person fished a Pirinia fish. That was the last time I
stepped in that water.
Look at those jaws! I was surrounded! Pirinia in the water, alligators,
fire ants and snakes on shore. The horrible mosquitos that made it hard
to breath and they suck by the gallons. Oh, and those monkeys that made
sure I stay awake all night and suffer every minute of it.

The perfect beach at northern Brasil, near the city of Natal.
Perfect includes everything...
