How To
Take Easy
Screen Shots
Tutorial

No special programs are necessary - you have the key right on your keyboard!

In upper right of your keyboard (to left of the function (F) keys are three keys - Print screen is one of them.

Simply press that key. It will automatically take a pic of the entire screen you are viewing. "I have tried that and nothing happens," you may be saying right now.
Yes, it appears nothing happens but by depressing that key your puter takes a screen shot and sends it to your clipboard. To view it and or save it you MUST now go to any document program - MSWord, Notepad, MSWordpad, Works- or your MSPaint program which comes standard on most PCs - to find MSPaint go to start - programs - accessories - paint.
Once you open the word document or paint then you "paste" - go to edit and paste.
There is your screen shot. Save it.
If you need multiple screen shots remember you must paste before pressing the print screen key again. Pressing the print screen key takes a new shot of the screen erasing the old one. But if you pasted it and saved it then no problem.
Also another note.  The entire screen shot is big and sometimes when you paste it it looks very small and also looks terribly distorted like you cant read it. Don't worry - just zoom in. You should be able to read it now.
