Information: I have been very active in sporting activities
such as football, basketball, swimming, track & field athletics, judo and
weight-training and received some formal fitness training since I was 9. When I
was in primary 5 or 6, I was luckily chosen for the school¡¦s athletics team.
However, I had not achieved much in sports personally until I won 4 silver
medals in my old school¡¦s ¡V
