l          Information: I have been very active in sporting activities such as football, basketball, swimming, track & field athletics, judo and weight-training and received some formal fitness training since I was 9. When I was in primary 5 or 6, I was luckily chosen for the school¡¦s athletics team. However, I had not achieved much in sports personally until I won 4 silver medals in my old school¡¦s ¡V S.K.H. Li Ping Secondary School Sports Day in 1991. My main events in athletics include 200m, Long Jump and 4x100m Relay. I have started training more seriously in athletics since I won the Long Jump in the South China Athletic Association (SCAA) Summer Youth Training Programme 1992 and was chosen to be a team member of the SCAA in September 1992. During my study in the UK, I trained with Haywards Heath Harriers (HHH) and Birchfield Harriers and competed for the former.
