What is your idea of a good guild?

In response to that question, I would say that a good guild would have a great council that really cares about its members. People in that guild would be kind, polite, helpful, eager, understanding, loyal, trustworthy, and caring. I would like a guild with people who are humorous or loves to laugh, but not at people, rather with people. I would want a guild where people can talk about something interesting, something new, different, and exciting.

Do you notice that I do not mention I want a guild that would give me tons of neopoints, items, or a guild with thousands of members, open positions, newbie packs, a specific theme, or anything similar? In my opinion, neopoints nor items would matter if there is no fun in it. Why would anyone want a guild with council members who don’t care much about your opinions, or members that just keeps to themselves and don’t have anything fun to do or talk about, or even get a shot at being on the council when no one will listen or respect you?

Too many members in a guild might become chaotic and uncontrollable. Too many problems might arise with thousands upon thousands of members. On the other hand, too few members might be boring. There would be a lack of topics, contests, great ideas, or fun things to do. Of course, every guild starts off small, but as long as it grows, blooms, and prospers, it’ll become a great guild!

In my opinion, a guild that pays attention to all its members and serves their needs to the best of its abilities is as perfect a guild as can be. Take, for example, a little group of colorful, wonderfully scented flowers. Wouldn’t that small group of flowers be better then a huge group of all the same colored flowers trying to gain space and pushing each other, or a single flower that may be wilting already? Now, of course, no guild is perfect for everyone, but there may be a guild out there that will make you happy, comfortable, and make you enjoy your life!

Our guild, ~~~~Hogwarts Castle~~~~, is relatively new, yet already prospering and growing. My belief is that the council has great people that listens to their members, creates great ideas or take up suggestions from its members, tries to be fair, discusses things over until they’re sure that what they’re doing is for the best, and that are all fun and exciting. The members here are active and love to role play and do funny things and cheer people up when they’re down or sad. There are many contests, prizes, posts, role play games, places to go to, things to do, and other wonderful things to make this guild more interesting, creative, and different from all other guilds.

The theme of this guild is Harry Potter, but it’s also about the members. It’s about their opinions, their ideas, and their personal or internet life. Their imagination is what makes this guild grow better! Everyone here has freedom of speech and can do many things. Council members or just regular members here think deeply, respects their peers, and does not get into many arguments. No one has to do something to get into the guild, and not many are kicked out.

So, as you can see, my opinion of this guild is very high and great. Not because I’m the Head of Gryffindor or anything like that, because even as a regular member I could be happy here because it has everything I need. I can make great friends here quickly, and when I’m bored or stressed, I can just go here and become carefree again. This place renews my spirit when nothing else can.
