Auctions can be another good way of making money, both buying and selling. Though I have never used the auctions to buy items, because most of the items are overpriced.  the auctions can be found by clicking on the wooden hammer. The most important thing with the auctions is NOT to buy something that is overpriced. It is always best to use the good old shop wizard to see the value of items before buying or selling on auctions! Overpriced Auction:  Looking at the auctions you see a Sausage Omelette up for auction, asking price of 100np. checking the shop wizard you find that you can get this item for much less, the lowest (after refreshing several times) is 10-15np, maybe even cheaper. This would be classed as an overpriced auction. Underpriced Auction:  If you see a Fire Faerie up for auction for about 1000np, this is a VERY GOOD deal. Bid on it, but remember not to go above the lowest price on the shop wizard. and keep in mind that there are loads of other bidders for this particular item, so the chances of getting an item like this are very little. If you have a fast connection, you can usually place a bid about 5 seconds before it closes and get the item! ALSO, you can use the Auction Genie to find a particular item you want, so you don't have to search manually! Nerkmids are often good to buy on the auctions; most of the time you can get them for less than wiz price, and make some profit!
