Here at Hogwarts School for Witches and Wizards, we hope you learn a lot, make new friends and most of all have FUN!

Our ranking is pretty much the same as everyone else. We have Heads of House, Professors, anPrefects etc... To become y of these, you must prove you can handle the tasks set before you. Here is what is required of you for each:

Head of House-(curently 3 open)

1. Always Active. You must set the example for your House.

2. You must be able to mod your House Common Room fairly.

3. Being creative and helpful to the Guild as much as possible!

As the Head of House, you have the highest rank right below Head Mistress. Only Heads of Houses and the Head Mistress can give out and take away House Points (if u see something that should be rewarded/deducted neopoints for neomail me or Britney), Heads of Houses can be Professors, but do not have to be.

Professors-

1. You must be able to make a webpage of your class. It does not have to be fancy, but would help(we can help u! just neomail eminemsweetboy for questions).
2. The homework u let the students make must be not to hard/retrievable from the text. Assign essays or questions to be answered to turn in.
3. You will award points for home in this manner:
4. E (excellent) 30 House Points
5. G (good) 20 House Points
6. A (average) 10 House Points
7. O (okay) House Points 5
8. F (fail) -5 House Points
Prefects-(we will let everyone know when we need them!)

1. Helpful to members, answering questions when Council is not available

2. Take on special tasks given by the Head Mistress when needed.

Special Tasks could be hunting for graphics etc... anyting, but nothing too hard. Prefects can't be Head of Houses. These selected will only be assistants to Heads of Houses. One boy and one girl will be chosen for each house.

Important Guild Information!

In this section you will see who does what, where to find this and that and so on.

For the first matter, our Common Rooms are held on an EZ Board forum. You will need to register an account with EZ to be able to post. You DO NOT have to give your real info there, EXEPT your email address. If you don't give your email, you won't be able to get the activation (if u don’t have an email address or u can't use yours neomail eminemsweetboy.

Once you have activated your account, you must post in the Great Hall under the message titled : Post Here to Request Your Common Room PW. If you do not post here asking, you will not get it. Posting for your PW in the Guild Message Area will be ignored, deleted and you may possibly lose House Points. Don’t ask someone for the pw and don’t give the pw when asked for! (Report the one who asked u!)

To get to the EZ Board forum, click on the Hogwarts button on the front of the guild. Once you get there, if you do not have an account with EZ, you will need to register one and then log in once it’s activated. You may openly post in The Great Hall, Polls, and Hospital Wing etc... You must request your PW before you can post in your Common Rooms and for the DA pw u need to request it at j1218. #4 privet drive is only for head of houses and the headmistress and for hagrids cabin u need to apply for the committee. If posting ANYWHERE on the EZ Board forum, if you mention ANYTHING FROM BOOK 5, ORDER OF THE PHEONIX, PUT THE WORD "SPOILER" IN YOUR TITLE. There are alot of people who have not read it and its not fair for them to stumble onto posts about the book. Polls about Book 5, should have "SPOILER" in their titles too. (Don’t post anything from the 5th book in the message board on the guild!)

Something else that is very important is that you all must have patience with everyone who works for the guild. We all have things to do outside of Neopets and the guild, please remember that if you haven't been sorted right away or the House Points have not been updated. You will be soon and enough and so on.

Here is a list of items we do not want as you cannot use them for anything:
• Sandals or old boots, shoes in general
• Sail boats
• Super sail boats
• Any color of bottles of sand
• tiki tack key rings
• Any clothing ie tombola shirts, Jhudora shirts, concert jackets
• Palm fans
• Pickled olives
• Pile of dung
• Pile of sludge
• Volcanic rock
• Bit of barb wire
• Piece of wool
• ANY rotten food

Sending in items that sell for: 100NPs or LESS will earn you 10 House Points per item. 100NPs or MORE will earn you 50 House Points per item. items worth 400NPs or more will get u the amount of House Points that you would get if you donated Neopoints(see below).

If you have a club you wish to start, neomail the Head Mistress, eminemsweetboy, to get permission. Starting a club without permission will get a loss in House Points and possible suspension from both posting areas.

We have a Daily Prophet. It will NOT come out daily as that is too much work. If you are interested in writing a story for the Daily Prophet, you can neomail it to nikita4444 and also receive UP TO 500 House Points for your story. Not all stories will get 500 House Points, but if you work hard on it, you can. Please try to use good punctuation in these stories. The best story will get 1000 House Points and be posted as the TOP story. There will also be a classified section too; you can post your trades, shop sales, or auctions. This will NOT however get you any House Points.

Lastly, if a job has been filled, do not ask them if they need help. A person will ask for help with their job if they need it.
