Owning a shop is a must for any NeoPets user. It will always be your biggest money maker, so try not to be too stingy for size, even though its cost is quite high. However, don't make it too big, otherwise it becomes rather useless when you can't fill it!  your shop is on this banner the second from the left. click on it, and you go to the form where you can change or fill in the prizes of your items. 
if you do not own a shop yet, than you get an other form, where you can fill in what your welcome message, is and if you want to upgrade your shop, when you did this, click again on the shop button (see above)to go to the prizing form (see picture). now before you prize your items, go to the shop wizard. It is very important that you price the items in your shop according to the Shop Wizard, for two reasons. Firstly, so you don't overcharge and the item never sells, and secondly, so you don't undercharge and the item sells for less than it's worth! when you search with the shop wizard, you should always refresh a few times, to check if you really found the cheapest item around. and maybe you find something very undercharged. if you see that, you should be quick and buy that before somebody else did. If you become more and more experienced with NeoPets, you will want to start selling rarer and more expensive items, which make a bigger profit.
