Tie Corps Career: Halcyon joined the Tie Corps at the end of August in 1999 purely by chance. He had just finished the game Tie Fighter and was looking for custom missions to play when he came upon the TC homepage. It looked like a fun place, so he joined. The training went by fast, since Halcyon already had all the requirements, and was assigned to Yod squadron under CMDR Guthwulf. Halcyon spent about aproximately 3 months in Yod squadron. During that time, he was promoted to LCM and participated in a number of competitions, including the Supremacy Series in which Yod faced of against a Rebel Squadron. At the beginning of his career, Halcyon wanted to go up in the ranks of the TC, and when a Flight Leader position in Teth opened up, he took it. After only a few weeks in Teth, Halcyon recieved a message from the elite Praetorian squadron, asking him to join. Not wanting to pass on such an honour, Halcyon took the position, and on December 14, 1999, Halcyon joined Praetorian Squadron. At the time of Halcyon's joining, Praetorian was in disarray. There was no communication between pilots, and all seemed bleak. It was with the COM of the DGN Lichtor V, Slade, and Prae's new CMDR, Weasel, that things began to change. Praetorian became a cohesive, and extremly active squadron. Halcyon also became the Flight Leader of Flight 3 during this period of time. For the next few months, both Halcyon and Praetorian squadron went on a tear of activity. Although there were many CMDR's that Halcyon served under as a pilot in Praetorian, the activity level was always the same. During his time in Praetorian, Halcyon was part of many competitions against various squadrons in the TC. They also began the quest for citations. Praetorian squadron became the first squadron to reach the 100 citation plato. During this period, Halcyon recived the Praetorian Dagger of Honour-silver (the highest award a Praetorian pilot can recieve, other than the CMDR) for serving two tours of duty (six-months) in Praetorian, and being highly active during that period of time. Halcyon also recieved a Silver Star for his hard work as a mission tester in Project Phoenix. Also during this period of time, Halcyon joined the Sector Rangers, a group who are charged with patrolling the various IRC channels the EH has, and seeing that everything is running smoothly. The Sector Rangers are currently disbanded, but Halcyon still keeps in touch with the many friends he made during his time in the SR's. Halcyon left all for the reserves in August of 2000 when real life became hectic, but after only a few weeks, rejoined Praetorian squadron but had already lost his flight leader position. After re-joining, Praetorian squadron was able to hit an all-new high. After many months of hard work, Praetorian squadron was able to earn a citation for each an every TIE based battle available (204 citations at the time). This is an accomplishment that no other squadron has ever even come close to accomplishing. For their work, the Supreme Director of Intelligence gave each pilot the Force of the Emperor's Will medal, but no one from the TC acknowledged this feat. After having spent 1 year and 4 months in Praetorian squadron, Halcyon decided for a change. During his time in Praetorian, Halcyon went from a LCM to MAJ, but Praetorian was in need of new blood, and so Halcyon decided to rejoin his first squadron, Yod, once again. Also during this time, Halcyon joined the Advanced Guard as a Envoy, acting as a liason between allies of the Emperor's Hammer. When Halcyon first joined the TC, his goal was to become a CMDR of a squadron, but after joining Praetorian, Halcyon learnt loyalty is more important than personal ambition. Halcyon goal is to complete every single battle and mission that the Tie Corps has to offer. He has also dedicated himself to helping Yod become a premier squadron in the TC and that is why he took command of it in June of 2001. Dark Brotherhood Career: Halcyon joined the Dark Brotherhood in January of 2001. Halcyon joined as a Sith, and completed his training in a few days. He was assigned to House Oriens Obscurum of Clan Arcona. In Halcyon's first competition, he managed to win the title of "ACE of Oriens Obscurum" and recieved a Steel Cross. Halcyon has already successfully defended his title twice, and has also won a few more competitions in that time. Halcyon is currently a Sith Warrior and the Quaestor of House Oriens Obscurum.
