Avalanche to Hold Training Camp in Stockholm and Helsinki as Part of the 2001 NHL Challenge Series The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club, in conjunction with the National Hockey League and NHL Players’ Association, announced on January 25 that the team will hold its seventh Training Camp and first overseas in Stockholm, Sweden and Helsinki, Finland as part of the 2001 NHL Challenge Series. TWINS HAVE ARRIVED – AGAIN DENVER -- The Colorado Avalanche Hockey Club is proud to announce the birth of Madison and Alexis Deadmarsh to proud parents Adam and Krista last night at Rose Medical Center. This marks the second time a member of the Avalanche has had twins born into the family this season, as the brother/sister tandem Chase and Kamryn Sakic were born on October 14. Madison weighed in at four-pounds, three-ounces while Alexis registered four-pounds, nine-ounces on the scale. Mother and the future US Olympic Women’s Ice Hockey Team wingers are all well. |
