I was fortunate enough to get an email from the current owner of the Swindler II after he found the site. It was great talking, sharing experiences and stories w/Mike Wales. It was also great seeing some of his photo's and knowing the painstaking care he has for the team, the legacy of the team and for the preservation of the car! Take a look at these photo's!! Note the picture of it going down the strip is the first time since the early 60's that it had done that. Mike has had the car since the late 70's and wow! what a nice job restoring this gem!
