Angel Morcillo Torrecillas was born in Albanchez, Almería (Spain) on February 11^th, 1951.With nine months of age, he came to Argentina with his parents and four elder siblings.

He did his primary studies at School N° 7, Julio A. Roca, in Tandil, Buenos Aires province.

During the last two years of his primary school, parallelly he carried out two years of commercial secretary ship in the Professional School N° 3 Republic of the Ecuador (Today E.E.M. N°3). He gave up this course in order to enter to the E.N.E.T. N° 1 (Today E.E.T. N° 2) Engineer Felipe Senillosa in 1964. He finished his career obtaining the Technician diploma.

Later, he entered to the University of Tandil, but after two years he abandoned and moved to Tucumán for labor reasons, and he remained there for four years.

Being in that province, he continued studying in the National Technological University and then in the University of Santo Tomás de Aquino, but for different reasons he didn't finish his studies.

When returning to Tandil in April of 1977, he attempted again taking up the Public Accountant's course at the U.N.C.P.B.A. but he couldn't make his dream come true.

There he met (in that same year) the one who later would be his wife, Liliana Rosa Torras with whom he married in September, 1980, and they have three children: Rocío Inés, María Andrea and Emanuel.

At the moment, he is a teacher of Mechanics in the E.E.T. Nº1 and Art in the E.E.M. Nº 6 of Gardey (Tandil).

He founded a group to help people who stutter and are timid, this gave him very good results.
