PAPAS POTENTE (Potent Potatoes)               
Wash and oil potatoes and bake at 350 for one hour. Sauté spices, onions and oil until onions turn clear. Set aside. Cut baked potatoes in half, scoop out their centers and place the remaining shells on cookie sheet. Mix potato insides with the sautéed onions and yogurt. Refill potato shells with this mixture. Top with slices of favorite cheese and put in oven long enough to melt cheese. Very cleansing dish and good for nervous system.                             

Spices: 4 chopped onions, 1 whole chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped ginger, 1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tbsp. caraway seeds, 1 tbsp. black pepper, 2 tbsp. poppy seeds, 1 tbsp. turmeric, 1 t. cayenne pepper, 1 t. ground cumin.
1/3 cup sesame oil
12 potatoes
1 pint yogurt
1 lb. cheese
