What to Bring

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Cotton would be ideal. Generally speaking,  modesty in appearance is encouraged.

It is advisable to bring a light blanket to sit and exercise on. We also use these to cover ourselves during "layouts."  

Bringing a bottle of water is certainly appropriate. Eating within two hours before class is not advisable.
