Yogi Bhajan, is the man responsible for bringing Kundalini Yoga to the West. Although he still travels extensively, he spends most of his time these days teaching out of a spiritual community in Espanola, New Mexico.

By the age of 16, Yogiji was declared a master of Kundalini Yoga in his native land of Punjab, India. In 1968, at the age of 39, he left behind family, friends and a successful career to answer his calling to bring the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga and the Sikh Gurus to American soil and beyond.

Soon thereafter, he founded 3HO: "The Healthy  Happy Holy Organization," whose goal was the upliftment of mankind through spiritual discipline and positive lifestyle. Since that time he has tirelessly given of himself to spread these timeless teachings, so that a legacy of spiritual grandeur could take root on these shores.

Yogi Bhajan is also the Siri Singh Sahib (chief spiritual leader) of Sikh Dharma in the Western Hemisphere and is usually referred to by this title by his students who have themselves taken on the Sikh faith. Kundalini Yoga is commonly thought of as being one of the great spiritual masters of our time. It is our intention to carry on his legacy and vision with grace and consciousness.
