The Egyptian pantheon of powers is one steeped in tradition, strength, and power.  One of the oldest and greatest across the planes, they are not really interested in the battle between good and evil, but that of law versus chaos.  They also are a force in many Dungeons & Dragons suppliments.  As for resources, I used (in order of age): (1) Legends & Lore by James M. Ward and Troy Denning [pgs. 86 - 101], (2) On Hallowed Ground by Colin McComb [pgs. 84 - 91], (3) Dragon Magazine, "Do-It-Yourself Dieties" by Stephen Kenson [pg. 36], and (4) Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting [2001] by Ed Greenwood, et. al.
