Wizard Winner: Force Wild Magic Surge

Wizard Spell; "Useable only by wizards. All players lay all spells in hand face down. Each player indicates what each spell effects (but not how). This player picks the target for each spell and casts them (regardless of restrictions). If players draw extra cards from the casting of these spells, any spells are added to the Wild Surge.
