Added an Anime/Manga Reviews section. It is
under-developed at this point in time though. I haven't got around to
adding the link to it from the top/bottom navigators. It is only accessible from
the left navigation bar at the moment.
Added brackets around links in the top and bottom navigation bars to avoid
confusion. However this only applies to the index page (this one) so far.

Fixed the error Guest Book link which stuffs up the frame after you sign a guestbook.
However, this seems to be irrepairable on View Guestbook mode. Please just bear with it
and use my links on the frame (until I can do my own guestbook ^^)

Fixed the message board link on the navigation bar so that now it opens on a new window.
