Mee Sa Pum
Ingredients:
Vercemille (Mee Kao) or Instant noodle (Mama/ Wai Wai) -- soften
Chicken
Shrimp
Pork
squid
Oysters Sauce
Sweet or Black Soysauce
Pepper
Sugar
Fish Sauce
Egg(s)
Garlic
lime/lemon
Fried chopped garlic with oil until turned yellow. Add all meat.
Add Fish Sauce, Oysters Sauce, sugar, pepper.
Add soften Vercemille (Mee Kao) or Instant noodle (Mama/ Wai Wai), and egg(s).
Stir.
Serve with lettuce.
Spice with Dry Chilli, lime juice as wish.
