Pork Kum Wan
Ingredients:
Pork loin
Brocoli/ Chinese Broccoli
Chilli Pepper
Oysters Sauce
Palm Sugar or Sugar
Lime/Lemon
Pepper
Garlic
Vinegar
Oil
Water
Soften pork (pound it!) then soak it with Oysters Sauce and Pepper for 30 minutes.
Fried ( use minimal oil). May add little water to soften the pork when frying.
Serve on Brocoli.
Note: Brocoli either raw or cooked is fine. Can be boiled or fried in the remainng oil. Top with sauce.
Sauce:
Boil little water with Oysters Sauce, lime juice, Palm sugar, chilli pepper, chopped garlic, vinegar, until bubbles. The sauce taste will combines with sour, salty, and sweet.
